Terms and Conditions
We ship within the continental United States. All orders are carefully and securely packaged, however, there is a risk of damage due to cold or heat during shipping, and occasionally weather may not permit us to ship. If your order will be delayed due to weather we will notify you ASAP.
Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us, if you are not satisfied when your order arrives, please call us immediately and we will make every attempt to rectify the problem to your satisfaction. Our liability, in all instances, is limited to the purchase price of the plants we sell. Any unsatisfactory plants must be returned within 7 days. We can not be responsible for the health of the plants beyond this time period as growing conditions once they leave our greenhouse are out of our control. We give no guarantee, either written or implied, as to productivity of the stock offered. If there is a problem with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your shipment.
As we take great care to fill and hand-pack each order to ensure your satisfaction we may need a couple of days to prepare your shipment. If you need an order, a gift, for example, to arrive by a specific date less than one week in advance please call and let us know or note the date the shipment is needed in the comments section of your order. You will be notified via email when your order is received, and again once it has shipped.
We update our web site as often as possible but on occasion a plant shown on our site may sell out before we can change the availability status online. If we are unable to fill your order as specified, we will contact you with options for substitution. If none is to your satisfaction, your payment will be promptly refunded.
